TAP-TRAC Feature Highlights:

Multiple Management Levels:
Manage students by locations, by locations inside regions, or by locations inside regions in a corporate environment.

Virtual Management:
TAP-TRAC will follow each student’s progress based on a set schedule and competencies, communicate with students who are not in compliance, and provide a weekly report of those that continue to stay below the study requirements. Auto-Manage by locations, regions, or corporate-wide.

Auto-Enrollment:
Simply input the student’s name and email address and TAP-TRAC will create and assign the user names and passwords to the students.

Auto-Notification:
TAP-TRAC sends an email to each enrolled student with their codes, location of course and technical support contact information.

Sort student lists by:
Date Range, Date added, First name, Last Name, User Name.

Communicate to students by:
Individual student, sub-group of students, or an entire class group.

Custom Lesson:
Enhance any course by adding custom study materials to a single location or an entire company account. Using the TAP-TRAC quiz builder, create an assessment of the study materials and the score of the custom lesson will appear on the TAP course Score Report.
