All tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, hookah tobacco, and cigars, are regulated by the FDA.

You must adhere with all applicable federal laws and regulations for retailers if you sell tobacco products.

The federal regulations governing persons who sell tobacco and tobacco products in retail establishments are summarized. You must pass all of the lessons and score a final exam grade of at least 70% in order to receive your completion certificate.

A non-tobacco nicotine product may only be marketed in the United States after July 13, 2022, if it has been given a marketing granted order (MGO) by the FDA.
